Service Description

This class is open those who are curious and interested in connecting with body, breath, and self. Breathwork and postures are offered to provide stability and increase mobility. This is not a class designed to make you sweat or get your heart rate up (though it might!) but will challenge you in other ways. We will breathe and move slowly, giving full and honest attention to what is going on in the moment so we can learn about our habitual ways of thinking, our movement patterns, our own bodies, and give ourselves the time to truly be mindful. Injuries? No problem. Aches and pains? Come anyway. We've all got our 'stuff', so we move and adjust in individualized ways as we move along. Let me know either before class or (well) ahead of time in private via email if you have anything you think I should know.
