If there's ever been a time for yoga, 2020 is it.
You've come to the right place.
Spend 1 hour getting centered, grounded, and reconnecting with your body and breath. No experience necessary. Classes will include a variety of postures, movement, and breath work to bring you into the present moment.
This online class is for you if: you need some help grounding, reconnecting with your body and breath, creating stability and flexibility in your body, developing an appreciation for who you are and what you bring today. You are welcome here!
Live online classes offered Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-10am CST. Available live and recorded. $10 investment via PayPal. Simply go to the Book Online tab in the menu to pay prior to the next class, and you will be emailed a Zoom link. Class opens 10 minutes prior to start time to check in and say hello. Recorded classes available after live class.
